Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Order Processing Clerk to join their client's team in Huntington Beach, Ca. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Order Processing Clerk will be responsible for efficiently handling orders, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the team in maintaining seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

We have an opening in Huntington Beach, Ca for an order processing clerk.

This will be onsite Monday to Friday; company is close to the freeway!

Duties include:

Accurate manage customer's orders from beginning to fulfillment.

Order entry such as inputting customers' orders via phone or email into the company's system.

Verify and confirm orders details

Record keeping maintaining accurate order records, tracking the shipment status and processing invoices.

Prepared and processed quotes, purchase orders and invoices

Make sure that correct order has the proper documentation

Qualifications:

Order Entry background- recent work history

Detail oriented

Organize

Excel and Word savvy

Ten key knowledge

Retain information

Able to work in a quiet office

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
